Job Purpose
The Associate Manager - Commercial Leasing position is directly linked to revenue growth for ALD, responsible for generating leads and concluding key leasing transactions.

Key Accountabilities
Prospect Generation - IPC Engagement & RFP Management
- Support in increasing the prospect base for Commercial Real Estate leasing.
- Build relationships with IPCs & Local Commercial Brokers to generate prospects and business opportunities.
- Utilize trade body memberships effectively through promotions, sponsorships, and events.
- Use online research tools to generate prospective leads.
- Work internally to align all stakeholders and build support for opportunities, ensuring timely RFP/RFQ responses and execution of awarded projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Number of clients met.
- Number of leads generated.
- Number of leads generated through channel partners.
- Number of leads converted into ongoing transactions.

Education Qualifications
- MBA

Relevant Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial space leasing, preferably in Hyderabad.
- Proven track record of successful real estate leasing .
- Excellent Negotiation, Business Communication, and Presentation skills .
- Expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in drafting contracts, term sheets, and closing leasing transaction
