As a Business Analyst work with the operations to collect, analyze and interpret data and turns it into information which can be leveraged to publish insightful reports, ways to improve a business process, and improve the SSC Service Delivery. Delivers MIS reports/ analysis in a time bound manner and help management take strategic decisions backed by data insights and ground level feedback, thus helping company achieve business goals. Supports various functions at SSC in data requirement and assist them to achieve their business objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
A. Digital Dashboards and MIS preparation
1. Document clear and concise requirements in various formats, such as business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases for ensuring alignment among stakeholders and guiding development efforts.

Prepare and circulate daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS with accuracy on time - Deliver error free report(s) in a time bound manner
B. Data Analytics / Insights sharing with Sr. Management
Provide Data/ Analytics/ Reports to the Senior Management as per the need of the Business and assist them to define strategic action plans based on data insights and ground level feedback
C. BI tool configuration and management
1. Support in improving the features/ functionality/ reporting capability of the BI tool; Assist in development of current BI reports based on management requirements and ensure end-to-end implementation accurately
2. Optimize the performance and usability of the Power BI solutions using DAX, and other techniques.
D. Strategic initiatives for the Business
Work on identified initiatives based on CEO s requirements; follow-up with all the stakeholders, monitor and ensure timely closure of the same
