Who Can Apply
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience
- Any Graduate can apply
- Technical graduates (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA) are not eligible
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through Chat Support
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
- Deliver accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction metrics
- Document customer interactions effectively
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Good typing speed and typing accuracy
- Robust communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Prior chat support experience is an advantage
⭐Preferred Experience:
- Chat-based customer support
- Healthcare, insurance, or managed care processes
- CRM tools and chat platforms
