Summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 4-10 years of experience in insurance or technology-related roles.
- Deep knowledge of the insurance value chain, particularly in front-office and mid-office processes




- Expertise in leading implementation projects and providing innovative, customer-centric solutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams

Key Responsibilities
- Requirements: Provides continuous requirements refinement and is the conduit for Services solutions.
- Analysis: Delivers analysis, problem resolution and provides recommendations for process improvement.
- Consultant: Consult with customer facing and value optimization departments to lead transformation initiatives, aligning business objectives with innovative solutions using the Guidewire Cloud Platform.
- Business Impact: Develops business cases, conduct gap analysis, and measure the business impact of implemented solutions, ensuring the highest value for customers.
