Description
We are seeking a Quality Supervisor for our EV Battery Manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality assurance processes in the EV battery manufacturing unit.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Train and mentor team members on quality practices and techniques.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

Skills and Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in battery manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.
