Senior AI Data Scientist

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Data Scientist who is passionate about solving business problems using Data Science, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate combines structured problem solving, technical depth, and business acumen to develop scalable Data & AI solutions to address ambiguous business challenges. You will leverage contemporary AI technologies and AI coding agents to rapidly design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions that create measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with business stakeholders to understand, structure, and solve complex business problems using AI and Data Science.
· Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions that deliver measurable business value.
· Apply analytical thinking, experimentation, and data-driven approaches to solve business and operational challenges.
· Build AI-enabled applications, including intelligent assistants, knowledge processing solutions,



predictive models, and workflow automation.
· Leverage AI coding agents (e.g. Claude, Antigravity or similar tools) for specification-driven development, rapid prototyping, testing, and engineering productivity.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions and contribute to reusable AI assets and best practices.
· Communicate analytical insights and recommendations effectively to business stakeholders.
· Takes the initiative to stay informed about the latest developments in the AI field and proactively incorporates relevant advancements into the solution development process.
Experience & Skills
· 6–8 years of hands-on experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics solutions.
· Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, statistics, and modern Machine Learning techniques.
