About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist – SAP Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru or Pune.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a significant focus on hiring SAP functional and technical professionals across multiple modules and engagement types.
This role will work closely with delivery leads, practice heads, and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for SAP roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Source and engage SAP talent across functional modules such as SAP MM, SD, FICO, HCM, PP, QM, WM/EWM and technical areas including ABAP, Basis, S/4HANA, Fiori, and BTP.
Partner with hiring managers, delivery leads, and practice heads to understand hiring requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain strong SAP talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS platforms, employee referrals, and niche SAP talent communities for candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical fit, module expertise, certifications, experience, and organizational fit.
