Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment activities across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and implement sourcing strategies that attract, engage, and hire top diverse talent across multiple business functions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced workplace that encourages innovative recruiting approaches. Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Partner with the VP of Talent Acquisition to gain a thorough understanding of hiring requirements and achieve recruitment objectives within established timelines.
Create and manage job postings across job boards, social media platforms, the ATS, and other relevant sourcing channels.




Stay informed about evolving recruitment trends and hiring practices while developing role-specific assessment criteria.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs, as well as prioritize critical vacancies.
Continuously leverage job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify and attract top talent.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding support, and talent retention initiatives.
Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings and interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.
Develop and nurture high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates to create a robust talent pipeline.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels and innovative recruitment strategies to secure high-caliber candidates.
