Role Summary / Purpose

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Specialist cum Business Analyst to join our Global Consumer Affairs (GCA) technology team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, providing leadership, project management, and consultation to Consumer Affairs operations worldwide.



You will serve as the primary operational and technical liaison across global and regional teams—translating workflows into robust digital solutions, managing vendor relationships, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and driving innovative, low-effort consumer experiences through an omni-channel approach.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering

Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with global, regional, and subsidiary Consumer Affairs teams to deeply understand operational workflows, pain points, and strategic goals.
Requirements Translation: Validate, prioritize, and translate business user challenges and needs into clear technical specifications, functional requirement documents, and system configurations.

Project Management & System Evolution
