Responsibilities:

Responsible for development and support of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Manage delivery of enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimization across reporting platforms.
Oversee data modeling, report validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of operational metrics.
Ensure timely resolution of production issues impacting reports and dashboards.
Monitor delivery KPIs, reporting SLAs, and operational stability metrics.




Coordinate with upstream data and application support teams to address data quality and integration issues.
Manage release activities, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring for reporting solutions.
Develop and mentor Power BI engineers to ensure consistent delivery quality and adherence to defined standards.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting engineering, or analytics platform support within capital markets or financial services environments.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Robust hands-on expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and DAX optimization. Experience supporting operational or market data reporting environments.
Proven experience managing production support and delivery teams in SLA-driven environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
