About Inner Labs

Inner Labs is an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) platform helping brands appear in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. We are a small, fast-moving, bootstrapped team, and every hire has real ownership from day one.

We're hiring into the Founder's Office with a solid focus on sales. You'll sit right next to the founder, and your core mandate is building and running our outbound pipeline: getting qualified enterprise prospects onto calls and helping close them. Because you're working this closely with the founder, you'll also get pulled into other high-priority projects as they come up, hiring, positioning, competitive research, whatever the business needs that week. Sales is the job. The founder's office exposure is what makes this a launchpad, not a distraction from it.

What You'll Own

Run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) against target account lists to generate interest
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ideal customer profile
Book and help run discovery calls, working directly with the founder on closing




Keep CRM/pipeline data clean and up to date: every lead, every touch, every outcome logged
Work closely with the operations team on target lists and messaging, and continuously refine outbound scripts and sequences based on what's actually converting
Founder's Office (as needed)
Jump into whatever cross-functional problem is in front of the founder that week: hiring support, competitive research, pricing questions, new service line scoping
Bring structure to ad hoc problems and turn them into something repeatable
Get exposure to how a small, fast-growing company actually makes decisions, not just how sales works

What We're Looking For

0 to 2 years of experience, ideally with some exposure to sales, business development, or a fast-paced operating environment (B2B SaaS, marketing services, or agency backgrounds are a plus)
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection; this is a nu
