The Role:

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will operate independently and lead
full-cycle recruitment efforts for your assigned requisitions/regions. This role
drives effective hiring outcomes through strategic sourcing, solid hiring
manager partnership, best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

* Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, handling sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, acting
as first point of contact, responding promptly, and assisting all parties
throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate job postings across our applicant tracking system (ATS),
social media, and professional job boards/networks.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop targeted
hiring strategies, and execute effective recruitment plans.
* Contribute to employer branding efforts on LinkedIn and other social media
platforms
* Ensure that all assigned recruitment activities comply with relevant
employment laws and internal policies.




* Prepare and manage confidential recruitment documentation (e.g., offer
letters, background checks) with professionalism and accuracy.
* Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent
with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
* Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per
Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
* Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices,
including annual compliance training certification and policy

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3+ years in talent acquisition, with experience in a global
recruitment environment
* Demonstrated proficiency with ATS systems and social media/job board
recruitment.
* Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
