? About the Role
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and strengthening the company’s brand identity, positioning, communication, and customer perception across multiple channels.
You will take ownership of brand strategy and ensure that every customer touchpoint—from social media and digital campaigns to packaging, website communication, partnerships,



and retail presence—delivers a consistent and compelling brand experience.
The ideal candidate should be both strategic and execution-focused, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, market trends, campaign management, and performance metrics.
? Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
✔ Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives
✔ Define and strengthen brand positioning in the market
✔ Build long-term brand awareness, recall, preference, and customer engagement
✔ Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual communication
✔ Translate business objectives into clear and actionable brand initiatives
Campaign Planning & Execution
✔ Conceptualize and manage integrated brand campaigns from idea to execution
✔ Plan and execute campaigns across social media, digital, website, packaging, retail, and other consumer
