Objectives of this role
 Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
 Own the P&L; for region or industry assigned to them.
 Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue.
 Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
 Aid in hiring the right talent and building a team to achieve goals.
