Role Description The Channel Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for developing and managing sales through channel partners such as brokers, agencies, and strategic alliances. Day-to-day activities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and ensuring they are equipped with the tools and information needed to sell EK Homes properties effectively. The role involves achieving sales targets, tracking partner performance,



conducting regular review meetings, and providing market feedback to the leadership team. The Channel Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support campaigns, organize site visits, and deliver a consistent customer experience. This position also includes preparing sales reports, monitoring competitor activity, and participating in events and promotional activities to strengthen the EK Homes brand.
Qualifications
Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and support diverse channel partners.
Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain project features and value propositions clearly.
