About the Role
We are seeking a Solution Architect – .NET / React (AI-Augmented Engineering) to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native solutions while driving the adoption of Agentic AI across the software development lifecycle. This role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, pre-sales engagement, and hands-on engineering excellence.
Design and architect secure, scalable, high-performance solutions using .NET, React, and Azure/AWS technologies.
Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and implementation strategies across multiple engagements.
Drive AI-augmented engineering practices using tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, and similar platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate technologies, manage risks, and improve solution quality.
Support pre-sales activities including client discussions, solutioning, effort estimation, proposal development, and architecture presentations.
What We Need
10+ years of software development experience with robust expertise in .NET technologies and solution architecture leadership.
5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, modern front-end development, cloud platforms (AWS and preferably Azure), microservices, and containerized architectures.
Proven experience in technical leadership, customer-facing engagements, architecture documentation, and cross-functional team management.
Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, research, documentation, and day-to-day
