About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (Jr. SDR) who is curious, proactive, and interested in B2B sales, lead generation, market research, and international business development.

The ideal candidate should enjoy researching companies, finding the right decision-makers, identifying business opportunities, and creating meaningful outreach.

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to generate qualified leads and support international outbound sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities





Research and identify potential B2B clients based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Identify key decision-makers through LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other research sources.

Build and maintain accurate prospect lists using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Draft personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages.

Conduct company, industry, competitor, and market research.

Verify prospect information before initiating outreach.

Manage and update CRM records and sales activities.

Support outbound campaigns across international markets.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.

Use AI tools to improve productivity while independently validating information.

Required Skills

0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Market Research, or a related field.

Excellent internet and company research skills.
