Job Summary

Join our strategic finance team as an FP&A; Lead and serve as a key business partner, driving informed decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your financial expertise to provide critical insights through robust planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, directly influencing our growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting:



Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, collaborating with business leaders to develop financial plans that align with strategic objectives.
Performance Analysis & Insights: Deliver actionable insights to leadership by analyzing financial performance, including detailed variance analysis of revenue, costs, and key business drivers. Identify and model financial risks and opportunities.
Management Reporting: Develop and present clear, concise management reports, dashboards, and KPIs that translate complex financial data into business narratives for senior management.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by enhancing and automating FP&A; processes, reporting tools, and financial models to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Business Partnership: Act as a trusted financial advisor to business units, providing analytical support for strategic initiatives and communicating financial insights effectively to stakehold
