About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is curious about digital marketing, numbers, and understanding what makes people click, engage, and buy.
You’ll work closely with the founder to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
What You’ll Work On
Assist in planning and running Meta and Google ad campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, etc.
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization
Conduct audience, competitor, and keyword research
Assist with creating and testing different ad copies, creatives, hooks, and audiences
Track website traffic,



leads, sales, and campaign conversions
Prepare regular performance reports and share key insights
Help with retargeting and customer acquisition campaigns
Work with the content and design teams to develop performance-driven creatives
Experiment with different campaign strategies to improve ROAS and conversion rates
Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
What We're Looking For
Someone who is numbers-oriented, analytical, and curious
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising
Interest in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and e-commerce marketing
Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to experiment, learn quickly, and take ownership
Prior experience running ads or working on marketing campaigns is a plus
