Position Summary
The HR Specialist will lead end-to-end people operations within our fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to creative, account, and technical teams, executing core HR functions with high velocity. The ideal candidate has deep experience navigating the unique dynamics of agency life-balancing rapid talent acquisition, payroll accuracy, compliance, and burnout mitigation to keep our billable teams motivated and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Velocity Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Full-Cycle Recruitment:



Lead full-cycle hiring for creative, strategy, account management, and technical roles, ensuring a pipeline of top-tier industry talent.
Talent Branding: Partner with marketing and hiring managers to enhance candidate pipelines and optimize the time-to-hire metric.
Onboarding Integration: Execute an efficient integration framework that accelerates time-to-productivity for all new hires.

2. Compensation & Payroll Operations
Payroll Lifecycle: Manage and audit monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, and performance-based bonuses) to ensure 100% accuracy.
