Description
The Technical Recruiter provides temporary 6–9 month coverage and is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for positions based in India while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent. The role supports hiring across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions, delivering a positive candidate experience and helping ensure an efficient and effective hiring process.




Although hiring activities focus exclusively on India-based positions, the recruiter collaborates regularly with hiring managers and business leaders located in the United States and other global regions. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology workplace.
In addition to recruiting, the role supports onboarding activities, recruiting operations, and other talent acquisition initiatives to ensure a compliant, efficient, and seamless hiring process during the contract period.
