About the Role
Nomadists India is looking for a Package Sales Executive who can convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of holiday packages, excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to consistently follow up with leads until closure.
You will handle enquiries for domestic and international holidays, understand customer requirements, prepare/recommend suitable packages, negotiate when required, and close bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming travel enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, website, social media and other lead sources.
Understand the customer's destination, travel dates, budget, preferences and requirements.
Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.




Prepare and share customized quotations and itineraries.
Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Negotiate with customers while maintaining company margins.
Coordinate with the operations team, hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other vendors.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
Update lead status, follow-up dates, quotations and booking details.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Upsell hotels, activities, transfers, upgrades and additional services wherever appropriate.
Maintain solid relationships with customers before, during and after the booking.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure no genuine lead is left without follow-up.
