Convert text/blogs into engaging AI-generated videos
Edit videos for ads, social media & web (short + long form)
Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, CTAs
Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook & ads
Repurpose content into reels, shorts & ad creatives
Collaborate with marketing & content teams
Thumbnail creation - Mandatory

• Experience with AI video/content tools and Thumbnail Creation
• Hands-on with: Synthesia, Pictory, HeyGen, Runway or similar
• AI voiceover & script-generation tools
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent
• Experience in performance/social media video editing
• Ability to work independently & meet deadlines

• Generative AI workflows (ChatGPT, prompt engineering, image-to-video)
• CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Agency/performance marketing experience
