Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee financial operations at the Head Office level
Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
Support variance analysis processes
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
Handle and coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely audit closure
Drive audit readiness and address audit observations effectively
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures
Support business planning and strategic initiatives through financial insights
Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
Drive process improvements and automation in finance functions

Profile/Competencies:

Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualification
Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
Robust knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
Mandatory experience in SAP (FICO module preferred)
Prior experience in handling audits and working with auditors is essential
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
