Role Description The Project Coordinator – Interior is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves coordinating interior design projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The Project Coordinator will manage communication between designers, vendors, contractors, and clients, maintaining clear documentation and timely updates.



Daily responsibilities include assisting with site visits, monitoring work execution, overseeing material deliveries, and supporting the resolution of on-site issues. The role also includes preparing basic project reports, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Qualifications
Project coordination and planning skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and basic project documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors.
Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and site execution processes.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
