As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, you will plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, bring-up yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems that launch cutting-edge, world class products. Qualcomm Hardware Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering,



or related field and 5+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Job Description

6 to 15 years of experience in EM/IR and PDN domain is mandatory for this role
Expert user of Synopsys Redhawk SC/ Cadence Voltus power integrity analysis tool and have exposure to PNR/STA and extraction industry standard tools and flow
Support and enhance static IR, energetic IR, and electromigration flows at the block-level and subsystem levels
Provide guidance and feedback to PDN analysis engineers on EMIR best practices, rules, and methodologies.
Troubleshoot and debug EMIR issues and provide solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Develop, support, enhance scripts that can postprocess EMIR results to dashboard and summarize actionable results for design team
