Role Overview

The Manager HR role will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations and people practices for the In-Patient Department (IPD) of the Hospital and clinics. The role requires close partnership with clinical and operations teams to ensure effective manpower management, employee engagement, compliance, and smooth day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering
Act as the HR SPOC for the IPD business unit and clinics including nursing, support functions, and allied healthcare teams.
Partner with department heads to address people-related challenges and improve team effectiveness.
Drive workforce planning and manpower optimization for the IPD function.
Talent Acquisition Onboarding
Coordinate and support hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within IPD.
Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and induction of current employees.
Work closely with recruitment teams to manage critical and high-volume hiring requirements.
Employee Relations Engagement




Build strong employee connect across shifts and departments.
Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Drive engagement initiatives, R R programs, and employee communication activities.
Performance Management
Support goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement interventions.
Partner with managers on capability building and team development initiatives.
HR Operations Compliance
Ensure adherence to HR policies, attendance processes, statutory requirements, and disciplinary practices.
Maintain employee records and support audits/compliance requirements.
Coordinate with payroll and HR operations teams for employee lifecycle management.
Learning Development
Identify training needs across IPD teams.
Coordinate behavioural and functional training programs, especially for frontline healthcare staff.
