Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will lead sales activities for HVAC solutions, including identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue and margin targets.



Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding their technical and business requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts in coordination with engineering and project teams. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and current customers. The Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports, support marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
