About the Role

Responsibilities
Design and deploy NLP pipelines for patient conversation, clinical intent classification, and autonomous booking workflows
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems grounded in clinic-specific knowledge bases
Fine-tune and prompt-engineer OpenAI/Azure OpenAI models within our Microsoft ecosystem
Develop HIPAA/PIPEDA-compliant AI features integrated into our .NET8 / ReactJS platform on Azure
Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI that measurably improves clinic conversion and patient outcomes
Qualifications
5+ years of Python engineering or a CS degree with strong applied ML/NLP track record
Required Skills
Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases (Pinecone, Azure AI Search,
or equivalent)
Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks
Comfort working within a Microsoft Azure cloud environment
Strong understanding of HIPAA/PIPEDA data handling — or rapid learner in regulated environments
Production mindset — you’ve shipped models, not just notebooks
Preferred Skills
Healthcare SaaS or healthtech experience
Experience with voice AI or conversational AI
Familiarity with .NET8 or React integration patterns for AI services
Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: $10K - $15K (annually)
