The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a senior sales leadership role at Hopcharge, responsible for driving revenue growth across dealership sales, corporate and franchise partnerships, and real estate accounts. The BDM leads a team of sales managers and field executives, owns the full sales strategy for the assigned channel, and is accountable for consistent revenue delivery, partner relationships, and team performance. This role calls for a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on sales leadership, and the ability to build and grow a high-performing field team.

VPG is a software-led distributed mobile energy storage solution (MESS) in front of the meter (FTM) — a bridge between the distribution grid and consumers.
Hopcharge is the consumer-facing application of VPG technology for Electric Vehicle users, EV makers, Real Estate Developers, and Fuel Retailers committed to the EV transition in line with the government's vision to electrify mobility in India.

Key Responsisbilites:

● Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership — Own the monthly and quarterly revenue plan across dealership sales, corporate accounts, and real estate channels; drive consistent achievement through structured sales planning and pipeline management
● Business Development & Partnership Growth — Identify, pursue, and close current business opportunities through franchise and corporate partnerships; build long-term relationships with key accounts and channel partners
