About The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end hiring across our non-sales functions, including Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and G&A.;

You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist,



owning sourcing and screening while learning to run full-cycle recruitment. This is a high-ownership entry point into talent at a fast-scaling AI startup, ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who wants exposure across functions and room to grow quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline (primary focus)
Proactively source candidates for non-sales roles through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Instahyre, etc.), referrals, and communities.
Build and maintain healthy pipelines for open engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations roles.
Keep candidate databases and hiring trackers accurate and up to date.
Screening & Coordination
Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication, motivation, role fit, and basic qualification against the brief.
Schedule interviews across panels, manage feedback loops, and keep candidates and interviewers informed at every stage.
