AscentDevs builds AI-powered products, apps, and automation systems for startup founders across India and global markets. We move rapid: 2–6 week MVPs, lean team, real client stakes. We're now looking for a Growth Intern to help us find and win the founders who need us.

What you'll do
Hunt for high-fit startups and founders who need what we build
Write outreach that a busy founder actually stops to read
Get people on calls — qualify them, book them, hand off warm
Shape how we pitch ourselves as we grow (your ideas go live, not into a doc)
Run your pipeline through our CRM and outreach stack

What we're looking for
A sharp writer who can make a cold message feel personal
Genuinely curious about startups, tech, and AI — you want to know how this stuff works
Someone who moves without waiting to be told — you see a gap, you fill it
Bonus points: any past hustle in sales,



freelancing, or outreach; comfort with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot
Studying or graduated in Business, Marketing, Comms, or similar — but honestly, drive beats degree here
