Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the end-to-end test strategy for Digital Wealth platforms.
- Prepare test plans, estimations, execution schedules, and daily status reports.
- Lead SIT/UAT execution, defect triage, and test governance.
- Coordinate functional, integration, API, and data validation testing across multiple applications.
- Ensure test data availability and setting readiness.
- Collaborate with Business, Development, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
- Manage QA teams and provide regular project updates to stakeholders and PMO.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Note:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead/Test Manager is mandatory.
- Strong domain experience in Cards, Treasury, or Digital Wealth is required.
