As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the productive delivery of our services to clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective coordination, communication, and problem-solving.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services, meeting clients' needs and expectations.
Maintain and align service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
Monitor service and project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Proactively identify potential risks, anticipate client concerns, and take appropriate actions to mitigate any issues.

Solid understanding of service level agreements and key performance indicators.
