Role Description: The Field Sales Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving adoption of Heseos smart home solutions among builders, developers, architects, and end customers. This role involves meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding project requirements, and presenting tailored technical and commercial solutions. The Field Sales Engineer will conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical evaluations, while coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
The role also includes gathering market feedback, identifying new business opportunities, and representing Heseos at industry events and partner meetings.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to understand smart home technologies and translate them into practical solutions.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth, manage a pipeline, and achieve or exceed targets.
Account Management capabilities to build, maintain, and expand relationships with builders, developers, designers, and other key stakeholders.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
