Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and identify failed flight bookings in the system
Assist in booking & issuance of the flights on Airline website and Portals
Coordinate with Airlines, Suppliers, and internal teams for smooth fulfillment
Maintain booking accuracy and update records
Fare rule interpretation
Ancillary product Fulfillment
Error reporting
Processing Refunds on Airline website and Portals
Requirements:
Any Fresher/Non travel background experience
Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Night Shifts Included)
Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
