Role Overview

The Technical Manager will lead and manage a high-performing team of software developers, overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle.



This involves driving architectural and technical decisions, fostering engineering excellence, and ensuring timely delivery of robust and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid software development background and is adept at mentoring engineers, implementing agile practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Vision

Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for development projects, ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and performance.

Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including modern frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.

Team Management and Mentorship

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of software developers, conducting performance reviews and facilitating career development.
