Role Description This is a full-time Senior Software Engineer role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Senior Software Engineer will design, build,



and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs that power CargoClave’s AI-driven trade management platform. Responsibilities include translating product requirements into technical solutions, implementing robust data models and workflows, and ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, data and AI teams, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end, perform code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices. The Senior Software Engineer will also mentor peers, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve the platform’s technology stack and development processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems concepts, and software architecture.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, using modern languages and frameworks suitable for large-scale backend systems.
