About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse activities while ensuring seamless inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, process compliance, and coordination with third-party logistics partners. The ideal candidate should possess robust operational knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to maintain efficient warehouse processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
Ensure timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of inventory.
Monitor warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
Inventory Management
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.
System & Documentation
Perform ERP/WMS transactions accurately for all warehouse activities.
Maintain warehouse documentation including GRNs, dispatch records, stock transfers, and inventory reports.
Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates.
3PL & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners for smooth warehouse operations.
Ensure SLA adherence and monitor partner performance.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
Process Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational compliance.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency.
