Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Upwork Specialist who can independently generate business through Upwork while mentoring a team of bidding professionals.



The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring high-value international clients, closing deals, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified business opportunities through Upwork.
Identify suitable projects and prepare customized, winning proposals.
Build robust relationships with international clients and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Conduct requirement analysis and coordinate with technical teams to prepare estimates and solutions.
Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and contracts with clients.
Lead client discussions, discovery calls, and project handovers.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to project closure.
Track proposal performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
Mentor and guide junior Upwork specialis
