The role is for a Support Analyst with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who work equally well as an individual or as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ Application Maintenance & support experience. The candidate must have experience of working as a part of large Development / Support team.
The role will also involve all aspects of release management and support production deployment and validation.
Previous experience within the investment-banking sector is not essential but a highly motivated and skilled individual who can add to the current group of talented resources is considered more important.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support on UNIX and Linux platforms with good knowledge on SQL and Autosys ( Scheduler ).

Good Knowledge of Unix / Linux Server environment & platforms, Shell Scripts.
