Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:
The Buyer Operations Executive will act as the primary point of contact for buyers, managing communication across the entire shipment lifecycle, from dispatch to final delivery. This role involves preparing and managing contracts, coordinating closely with Customs House Agents (CHAs), and ensuring buyers receive timely and accurate updates on vessel schedules and shipment status. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for buyers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Provide timely and accurate updates to buyers from dispatch to shipment delivery.
Draft, review, and manage sales contracts, ensuring all terms and documentation are accurate and complete.




Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs) to track vessel schedules, bookings, and sailing updates.
Proactively communicate vessel schedules, delays, and changes to buyers.
Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
Track and manage shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates.
Address and resolve buyer queries related to shipment status, documentation, and contracts.
Maintain organized records of contracts, shipment updates, and buyer communications.
Escalate delays, discrepancies, or concerns to management in a timely manner.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in buyer-facing roles, export/import operations, or shipment coordination.
Experience working with CHAs, freight forwarders, or shippin
