Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA preferred

Job Purpose

To provide effective coordination between the Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, Purchase and Customers to ensure timely processing and execution of customer orders. The Sales Coordinator will maintain sales documentation, track orders, coordinate deliveries, follow up on payments and provide regular sales reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Order Management
Receive and process customer purchase orders and sales orders.
Verify product specifications, quantities, prices, delivery schedules and commercial terms.
Enter and maintain sales orders in ERP/SAP and ensure accuracy of data.
Track order status from order confirmation to final dispatch.
Customer Coordination
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, specifications and documentation.




Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely information.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding pending orders and deliveries.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
Production Coordination
Coordinate with the Production/PPC team for manufacturing schedules against customer orders.
Follow up on production progress and communicate expected completion dates to customers.
Highlight delays, shortages or changes in customer requirements to the Sales Manager.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with the Dispatch/Logistics team for timely delivery of transformer components.
Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, delivery challans and transport documents.
Track dispatched material and update customers regarding delivery status.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and delivery.
