Role Description
This is a full time role of Bid Manager the one who owns the costing and proposal process for incoming research briefs - translating client requirements into accurate, competitive, and well-documented bids. This role sits at the intersection of research design, vendor pricing, and commercial strategy, and is critical to converting opportunities into won business.

Key Responsibilities




Review incoming RFPs/RFQs for CAPI/CATI studies (both Qualitative and Quantitative) and briefs to understand study scope, methodology, sample requirements, and timelines
Prepare detailed cost sheets and pricing proposals for quantitative and qualitative studies across domestic and international markets
Liaise with field vendors, panel providers, and translation/transcription partners to obtain competitive quotes (CATI, qualitative recruitment, offline fieldwork)
Draft and refine RFQ/RFP communications to vendors, ensuring clear specification of sample criteria, incidence rates, LOI, and quotas
Build and maintain supplier/vendor cost databases across geographies and methodologies for quick turnaround on future bids
Coordinate with the project management and client servicing teams to align proposed costs with study feasibility and client budget expectations
Track win/loss rates on submitted bids and
