Role Overview

The Academic Executive – IPMAT will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective academic operations across IPMAT programs. The role will involve close coordination with faculty, students, content, and academic teams to ensure timely delivery of classes, tests, study material, and other academic interventions.

The candidate will be expected to maintain high academic standards, proactively identify operational gaps, resolve student concerns, and ensure that the overall learning experience across IPMAT batches is seamless and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Academic Coordination
Handle and resolve student academic and support queries in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate with students regarding class schedules, academic updates, tests, study material, and other program-related requirements.




Collect student feedback and proactively highlight recurring academic concerns to the relevant stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication between students, faculty, and the academic team.
Faculty Planning & Coordination
Create, maintain, and regularly update FPC (Faculty Planning & Coordination) plans.
Coordinate with IPMAT faculty for class schedules, session planning, academic requirements, and content readiness.
Ensure faculty availability and timely completion of planned academic deliverables.
Coordinate with faculty for YouTube sessions, including scheduling, topic finalization, and content readiness.
Class & Academic Delivery Management
Ensure smooth execution of live and recorded classes as per the academic calendar.
Track class completion, recordings, uploads, and availability of sessions on the relevant learning platforms.
Monitor timelines and identify delays or gaps in academic delivery.
