We are looking for an International Sales & Client Success Manager to manage inbound sales and build strong relationships with international clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with international customers, preferably in IT, Software, SaaS, ERP or B2B solutions. The candidate should have strong communication and sales skills along with a practical understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and online advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound leads from international markets.
Communicate with prospects through email, phone and online meetings.
Understand client requirements and conduct product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
Coordinate with Product, Implementation and Support teams.
Maintain accurate sales and client information in CRM.
Follow up with prospects and improve lead conversion.
Support digital lead-generation activities.
Monitor lead quality and provide feedback on campaigns.
Work with internal teams/agencies to improve lead generation.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, SaaS/Software Sales or Client Success.
Experience handling international clients is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Experience with B2B software/SaaS/ERP products will be preferred.
Valuable working knowledge of CRM systems.
Basic to practical understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO and lead generation.
Comfortable working with international time zones.
Self-driven, customer-focused and target-oriented.
