Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple business functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that attract, engage, and hire top-tier, diverse talent. This is a dynamic and fast-paced workplace that encourages innovation and creative problem-solving. The primary focus will be on delivering high-quality hires, providing an exceptional candidate experience, and building strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Partner with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment objectives for each position.
Develop and publish job postings across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing avenues.




Stay informed on current recruiting trends, assessment methodologies, and best practices to support effective candidate evaluation.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand ongoing and future talent needs, while aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Leverage job boards, professional networks, social media, and other sourcing platforms to proactively identify and engage qualified talent.
Manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through hiring, onboarding, and contributing to employee retention efforts.
Review resumes, conduct candidate assessments and interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates through continuous relationship management.
