Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist with 4–5 years
of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media, and search engine optimization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation,
improving website visibility, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI
across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
YouTube Ads

Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI:

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Create and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and other
analytics tools.
Implementation of remarketing and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns
applicable.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting ad
creatives and landing pages.




Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and content gap analysis.
Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and Core
Web Vitals.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, or
similar tools.
Improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation through SEO best practices.
Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages,
and website content.
Build and execute ethical backlink acquisition strategies.
Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and implement necessary changes.

Website & Analytics:

Manage tracking implementation using Google Tag Manager.
Configure and monitor conversion tracking, events, and attribution.
