The opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be an expert in your area, ensuring you deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.



You will partner with the business in ensuring we attract the best talent and remain a outstanding place to work, keeping up to date with industry tech and trends. You will play an integral part in our everyday success recruiting predominantly permanent candidates across several disciplines.

What you’ll be doing

Own and manage pipelines ensuring delivery across all permanent and contract requirements
Take ownership of ensuring requirements are delivered on according to business needs.
Help drive best recruitment practice within the business, supporting operational leadership with advice and guidance, training and development, interview frameworks, tools and tactics as required
Ensure we are using the best selection strategies to meet current and future business requirements, including online and offline sourcing methodologies (factoring in IR35 etc..)
Use internal and external networks to maintain presence in the industry through
