What would your core job responsibility be?
▶ Manage end-to-end social media for 2 to 4 social media accounts while driving their overall creative direction.
▶ Ideate, conceptualise and create high-quality, engaging short-form video content for various clients and The Hype Capital’s own social media channels
▶ Develop creative concepts, script videos, film, and edit content from start to finish.
▶ Work closely with the core team to align daily grid management, scheduling and copywriting with macro client strategies.
▶ Act as a creative gatekeeper, keeping a finger on the pulse of content trends, visual styles, and platform algorithms to elevate our account growth.
▶ Be actively involved in every single stage of production, from leading brainstorming sessions to executing final uploads and publishing.
▶ Measure and analyse content performance to refine creative hooks,



storytelling formats and overall account strategy.
▶ Collaborate directly with clients and team members on location for shoots, account reviews and content development.
